This section allows you to setup and manage your users. This is where you define who has access to SAM and what user roles each individual is assigned. To add a new user for nextINTERACT complete the below:

Add a User:

1. Click [nextINTERACT]

2. Click [Users]

3. Click [Add]

4. Populate the mandatory fields for your user

5. Click [Save]

Edit a User:

1. Click [nextINTERACT]

2. Click [Users]

3. Select your user

4. Click [Edit]

5. Update the users details as needed

6. Click [Save]

NOTE: This is the email address that both the ‘Welcome’ and ‘Password reset’ emails will be sent. It is also the email that the users will use to login to SAM and the nextINTERACT app.
