The Sample Tracking Manager is an application (within nextINTERACT) to document and manage the distribution of samples to healthcare professionals in adherence with the various State and Federal requirements, as well as company policy and procedures.

Supplying doctors with samples is an important role of the pharmaceutical sales representative. However, due to the rigorous processes involved in the distribution and tracking of samples, large amount of paperwork is required. Reps need to complete forms with batch numbers and doctor’s signature which are submitted to customer service for distribution. Reconciliation forms are also required to be submitted to Head office regularly in accordance with legal requirements.
