1. That there are teams set in SAM to public  
2. The check box for "Uses Push Notifications" is set

3. The user who will be sending the push notifications has the Push Notification Role assigned to them (Contact your Account Manager to get this configured).

Otherwise the user will not be able to send notifications and there will be no teams displayed then using the asset!

Assuming everything is working correctly, you should see all public teams of the target company like the image below:
