Error message: Invalid or expired login

GOLDEN RULE: Always use the same email address and password with all devices!

nextINTERACT and myINTERACT share the same login and password. This means when updating the password in one app or one device, it needs to be updated across both apps and all devices.


Steps to fix this issue:

  1. Trigger a password reset from either nextINTERACT or myINTERACT.
  2. Check your email to complete the password reset and finally update the password across both apps and all devices.
