Updating your email address

If you'd like to update your email address used to log in to myINTERACT, please contact our support team:

support@interact.technology.


The support team will need your existing myINTERACT email address as well as your new one.


If you are a SAM Admin and would like to update the email address of one of your new myINTERACT users, you can complete the following steps if that user is still in a 'Pending' invite status:


1. Click [myINTERACT]

2. Click [My Connections]

3. Select your connection

4. Click [Edit]

5. Update the email as needed

6. Click [Next]

7. Click [Confirm Invite]

8. Click [OK]



You have now sent a new invitation to that user's new email address for them to log in with.
