How do I reorder my assets?

Modified on Fri, 17 Mar 2023 at 12:29 PM

You can reorder assets in the Shared Asset Manager (SAM) system if you have an admin role. Complete the following steps:

Step 1: Determine the order

Firstly, determine the order in which you would like your assets to appear in myINTERACT.  To decide upon an order, it may be useful to review user feedback, analyse data, or which order aligns best with your current business objectives.

Step 2: Start sorting assets in SAM

Log into SAM, proceed to the ‘My Assets’ tab and click on the 1 2 3 button:

The following window should then popup:

Key:

1: Select/ Filter Assets for ordering: All assets that are active on your wall but are unordered.

2: Order My Assets: The current order of your assets.

3: Final Asset Order: The order of all your assets, whether ordered or not.

Step 3: Start ordering! How to make an unordered asset appear first.

Simply click the asset you would like to re-order and then click the >> button in the middle of the screen:

The asset will then move across to the right hand side and appear at the bottom of the list. Use the ‘‘Move Asset Up’ button until the asset is in the order you prefer. You can then use the 'Final Asset Order' window [3] to preview the order of your assets on myINTERACT. Then click 'Done' (bottom right) to save your changes.

Please note

  • To unassign an asset that is ordered, click the << button.
  • If you want to move an asset down the list, click the ‘Move Asset Down’ button.
  • The 'Final Asset Order' window covers all assets without differentiating between teams. We recommended that you login to myINTERACT to confirm your new order
