Asset versioning allows for different copies of the same asset to be added and recorded by appending to the existing asset rather than needing to create an entirely new asset.
Follow the below steps on how to access asset versioning on myINTERACT:
1. Click [myINTERACT]
2. Click [My Assets]
3. Select your asset
4. Click [Edit]
5. Click [All Asset Versions]
6. This will then display the different versions of the particular asset (if applicable)
The different versions of the asset also have options to swap or change which version is required to be active. This feature is useful for when you are creating a new version of an asset and set an updated version for use but find an error with the newest version. This can then allow you to revert back to the older version until you correct the problem with the new version of the asset.
