Outdated QR Codes can be removed from SAM to assist in maintenance of QR Codes that are available.


To remove a QR Code complete the below:


1. Click [myINTERACT]

2. Click [QR Codes]

3. Select your QR/Pass Code/s

4. Click [Remove]


To deactivate a QR Code complete the below:



1. Click [myINTERACT]

2. Click [QR Codes]

3. Select your QR/Pass Code/s

4. Click [Edit]

5. Click [Inactive] radio button

6. Click [Save]


In the scenario where a QR Code that has been removed has been scanned off an email or any other material for a connection or event the application will display a message to the effect that it is no longer valid. See below for an example.
