Invite a Connection

To invite contacts to access a particular company's assets complete one of the three options below the below:


IMPORTANT: To start inviting your connections you must have at least one team setup.


1. Invite a single connection




1. Click [myINTERACT]

2. Click [My Connections]

3. Click [Add]

4. Click [Invite new contact]

5. Click [Next]

6. Populate the mandatory fields

7. Click [Next]

8. Select [Team]

9. Clicl [Next]

10. Click [Invite] to confirm


This will then trigger an email and if the person is already registered for myINTERACT it will also send a push notification to their mobile device.

2. Invite "Not Yet Invited" Connections




1. Click [myINTERACT]

2. Click [My Connections]

3. Click [Add]

4. Click [Invite multiple contacts]

5. Click [Next]

6. Select Connection/s

7. Click [Next]

8. Select Team/s

9. Click [Next]

10. Click [Invite] to confirm


3. Bulk invite connections






1. Click [myINTERACT]

2. Click [My Connections]

3. Click [Add]

4. Click [Import contacts from CSV]

5. Click [Next]

6. Click [Download contacts_template.csv] to the populate as needed

7. Click [Import Contact(s) from CSV file] to upload your file

8. Select your file

9. Click [Open]

10. Review results and click [Next]

11. Select Connection/s

12. Click [Next]

13. Select Team/s

14. Click [Next]

15. Click [Invite] to confirm
