Access Code configuration can be set up for end users to connect to events or connections based on the separate scenarios, the Access Code configuration is located within the QR Code section in SAM as per the below:
Connections
1. Click [myINTERACT]
2. Click [QR Codes]
3. Click [Add]
4. Populate the Mandatory fields
5. Select your team/s
6. Optionally set an Access Code, this can be alpha-numerical and is case insensitive
7. Click [Save]
Events
NOTE: The Passcode Character limit is 21 and is case insensitive so uppercase and lowercase is accepted
1. Click [myINTERACT]
2. Click [My Events]
3. Add a new event or edit an exisiting event
4. Click [QR Codes]
5. Click [Add]
6. Populate the mandatory fields
7. Select your team/s
8. Optionally set an Access Code, this can be alpha-numerical
9. Click [Save]
