It can be challenging for users to find a specific file without its correct name, especially when handling hundreds of files. Add tags to your files in Smart Libraries to improve search for users.
To create tags complete the following steps:
Step 1: Login to SAM
The first step is to log into SAM and locate the Smart Library you wish to edit by double clicking on the library name or click the edit (pencil) icon.
Step 2: Create the tag
Click into the 'Tags' field and add a new tag by typing the relevant key word/s.
Step 3: Assign the tag to relevant files
Click on 'Content' tab and select a file you wish to tag. Once assigned all the relevant tags click 'Save' and complete for all files in the Smart Library.
Click on the tag icon and select the tag you wish to assign from the menu and click 'Apply'.
