Column Headers
TYPE
- Accepted values are SESSION or PRESENTATION
- Leave blank if only importing ROOMS, STREAMS or PEOPLE
DATE
- Accepted format yyyy-mm-dd e.g. 2018-07-23
- Enter the date for the SESSION and PRESENTATION
START_TIME
- Time in 24hr format (hh:mm)
- Enter start time for the SESSION and PRESENTATION
END_TIME
- Time in 24hr format (hh:mm)
- Enter end time for the SESSION and PRESENTATION
SESSION_TYPE
- This is left blank for PRESENTATION Type
- Either SESSION or BREAK are accepted. E.g. A SESSION can be added to a personalised schedule
SESSION_NAME
- This is left blank for a PRESENTATION Type.
- Enter the name of the session.
- 100-character limit
SESSION_DESCRIPTION
- This is left blank for a PRESENTATION Type.
- Enter the description of the session.
- 512-character limit
PRESENTATION_NAME
- This is left blank for a SESSION Type.
- A presentation must be within a Session’s DATE and TIME.
- Enter the name of the presentation
- 256-character limit
PRESENTATION_DESCRIPTION
- This is left blank for a SESSION Type.
- Enter the description of the presentation.
- 512-character limit
SPEAKER_TITLE
- This applies to both SESSION and PRESENTATION Types if required.
- Enter the Speaker’s title. E.g. Mr, Mrs, Dr, Prof.
- 30-character limit
SPEAKER_NAME
- This applies to both SESSION and PRESENTATION Types if required.
- Enter the Speaker’s name. E.g. John Doe.
- 100-character limit
SPEAKER_TYPE
- This column accepts either SPEAKER, CHAIRPERSON or MODERATOR only
- This applies to both SESSION and PRESENTATION Types if required.
STREAM_NAME
- This is left blank for a PRESENTATION Type
- You can categorise your attendees into ‘Streams’. Enter stream name in this field. E.g. Haematologist stream or GP stream
- This will then require a mandatory STREAM_COLOUR
- 100-character limit
STREAM_COLOUR
- This is left blank for a PRESENTATION Type
- This column on accepts hex code for colours e.g. #ff0000 and is mandatory if using STREAM_NAME
ROOM_NAME
- Enter the room name for this session. E.g. Plenary 1
- 255-character limit
Importing SESSION Data
- These columns are required : TYPE, DATE, START_TIME, END_TIME, SESSION_NAME
Importing PRESENTATION Data
- These columns are required : TYPE, DATE, START_TIME, END_TIME
- PRESENTATIONS must not overlap each other within a SESSION. E.g. Presentation 1 - 8:00 - 9:00 and Presentation 2 - 8:30 - 9:00
- You must input SESSION data to be able to upload PRESENTATION data
- You do not need to specify Roles for the presenters as they are defaulted to SPEAKER if they are in the Presentation line of your file.
Importing STREAM Data
- Enter the stream name under the STREAM{NUMBER}_NAME column
- Ensure the stream name is inline with the PRESENTATION or SESSION data
- You can import up to 100 streams per Event
- More stream columns can be added to the CSV e.g. STREAM6_NAME
- You can bulk import STREAM’s alone without filling in other fields by just filling in the STREAM column
- Ensure you enter a STREAM COLOUR as it is mandatory if adding a STREAM_NAME
Importing ROOM Data
- Enter the room name under the ROOM{NUMBER}_NAME column
- Ensure the room name is inline with the PRESENTATION or SESSION data
- You can import up to 100 rooms per Event
- More room columns can be added to the CSV e.g. ROOM6_NAME
- You can bulk import ROOM’s alone without filling in other fields by just filling in the ROOM column
Importing SPEAKER Data
- Enter the Title, Name and Type of Speaker (see above for more information)
- Ensure the speaker name is inline with the PRESENTATION or SESSION data
- You can import up to 100 speakers per Event
- More speaker columns can be added to the CSV e.g. SPEAKER6_NAME
- You can bulk import SPEAKER’s alone without filling in other fields by just filling in the relevant SPEAKER columns
