Before inviting guests to your event you need to create attendees. There are 4 options to add attendees:

- Add a new attendee - for more information click here
- Select attendees from existing contacts - for more information click here

- Select attendees from previous events - for more information click here
- Import attendees from CSV file - shown below


If in a scenario you have a large number of guests you would like to invite to your event you can import them in bulk via a CSV file.


Navigate to [myINTERACT]> [My Events]> [Edit Event]> [Attendees]> [Add Attendee(s)] this will then bring up the [Add Attendees] window, then follow the steps below.


Once downloaded the contacts_template.csv file can be viewed and edited via Excel or Pages or a similar spreadsheet editing tool. See below a guide for the contacts_template.csv file:
