Filter out connections from reports and dashboards

myINTERACT reporting allows for administrators to filter out a particular connections data. Filtering out a connection will also effect the data displayed on the Dashboard.


To filter out a connection follow the steps below:


NOTE: Applying the filter does not mean that tracking will stop completely at the point of activation; the feature behaves as a hide function rather than a stop tracking function.
