myINTERACT Reports

SAM offers a collection of myINTERACT reports to choose from. Most reports can be filtered by date and team and then be exported as a CSV file.

These reports can be accessed by logging into SAM with Company Administrator rights and navigating to [Reports]>[myINTERACT Reports], click on the report name for more information:

• 8 - Assets ranked by viewing time per team
• 9 - Assets ranked by times opened by connection
• 10 - Daily asset usage per team
• 11 - List of assets opened per day
• 13 - myINTERACT connection details by all or chosen team
• 14 - Asset usage by a specific connection
• 15 - Connections ranked by times assets opened
• 16 - Connections ranked by times assets opened per team
• 22 - List of assets by all or chosen team
• 25 - SmartForm data
• 26 - List of devices and software version numbers of all connections
• 27 - Usage of all or specific asset by connections
• 30 - Contacts list
• 32 - List of assets and asset versions downloaded by asset
• 33 - List of assets and asset versions downloaded by connection
• 41 - List of assets opened by all connections per day
• 43 - List of connections by all or chosen team
• 45 - List of assets by connection

When executing and saving the report locally, the exported file appends the SAM ID and the name of the report in the file name, see below example:
