Event Overview

The event Overview is the first tab that is displayed when creating or editing an event.



NOTE: Depending on what stage your event is in (e.g. Draft, Invites sent, Ended Event, etc.) will display different statuses at each step.


There are 4 different types of symbols used on the event [Overview] tab:


  1.  completed or filled-out/populated

  2.  completed however it is un-editable as the event has ended or been cancelled

  3.  incomplete

  4.  un-editable until the step/process above has been completed. This is also an identifier for when the event has ended or been cancelled, meaning that no changes can be made to that step anymore.


Each step is defined as per the below:

1) Define your event 

  • Marked with a  signifies that there are no [Event Details] populated. 
  • Marked with a  signifies that there are [Event Details] populated and displays those details to the right.


2) Add event asset

  • Marked with a  signifies that there are no [Assets] added.
  • Marked with a  signifies that there are [Assets] added and displays those assets in total to the right.


3) Add event attendees 

  • Marked with a  signifies that there are no [Attendees] invited. 
  • Marked with a  signifies that there are [Attendees] invited and displays a total to the right.


4) Set your event ACTIVE 

  • Marked with a  signifies that the event is not Active and may still be in a Draft state. 
  • Marked with a  signifies that the event is Active.


5) Send Invites

  • Marked with a  signifies that invitations have not been sent out for the event. 
  • Marked with a  signifies that invitations have been sent out for the event and displays statistics on the right.


6) Send Reminders

  • Marked with a  signifies that reminder emails have not be sent out to [Attendees].
  • Marked with a  signifies that reminder emails have been sent out to [Attendees].
