When using events within SAM and inviting your attendees there are various emails that you need to be aware in various circumstances.
The below will show examples of emails sent out in certain scenarios:
The initial invitation are available to be sent out once the event is made active in SAM. If you are not registered on the application and click 'Attending' then you will be prompted with the second screen
Depending on what option is selected this will then generate one of two response emails and a pop-up link:
Once invitations have been sent and are still awaiting your guests to reply you can also send Reminder emails. These will only be sent out to guests who are marked as Invite - Pending and Attending - Not Specified. The email sent will look like the below:
In the scenario where the Event is cancelled or the guest has already accepted the invitation and then the attendee is removed by the Event Organiser, the following emails will be sent out:
