Registration asset doesn't show any of the correct teams

In the scenario where the registration asset does not display any teams or displays incorrect teams, the culprit for this is due to:


1. The Team is not configured as a public team


AND


2. The registration asset is not configured at all


See below screenshot of how the registration asset should be configured by your Account Manager.

For a team to show in the registration asset the team needs to be:

1) Public

2) [Used by Registration Asset] needs to be enabled, as shown in the picture below:



1. Click [myINTERACT]

2. Click [My Distribution]

3. Click [By Team]

4. Select your team

5. Click [Edit]

6. Set [Public]

7. Set [Used by Registration Asset?]

8. Click [Save]
