Error message: Failed to import Contacts from CSV file

This error message might indicate that the csv template for contacts is incorrect. 

To download the template file named contacts_template.csv, complete the below steps.

1. Click [Admin]

2. Click [Contacts]

3. Click [Help]

4. Click [Download contacts_template.csv]

NOTE: The mandatory fields required in this file are First Name and Last Name.
