Accepting new connections for an existing user in myINTERACT

The below is a step by step instruction on how existing end users can accept a new connection. Access myINTERACT on your device or via Desktop and complete the below:


iOS/Android:


Desktop:

In the event that you cannot remember your password follow the below to reset your password:


GOLDEN RULE: Always use the same email address and password with all devices!


To reset your password use the [Forgot Password? Reset] link within the myINTERACT app.

 

iPad/iPhone:

Or use the [Forgotten Password] link on the content management page (SAM):https://sam.interact.technology
