In the event that you cannot remember your password follow the below to reset your password:


GOLDEN RULE: Always use the same email address and password with all devices!


To reset your password use the [Forgot Password? Reset] link within the myINTERACT app.

 

iPad/iPhone:

Android: The account settings can be found in the top right [Configuration] button (Button with three lines), then navigate to [My Account] and follow the same steps as lined out above.
