Cancel Event

To cancel an event in myINTERACT navigate to [myINTERACT]> [My Events], select the relevant event, click on the [Edit Event] button then follow the steps below.



  1. Click [Event Details]
  2. Set the [Cancelled] radio button
  3. Click [Save]
  4. Click [Yes] to confirm

NOTE: Please be aware of the effects and actions of completing event cancellation, as this action is irreversible.


By clicking [Yes] the event status is changed to cancelled, this can be viewed by changing the filter check-box to include cancelled events



NOTE: Cancellation of an event will also trigger email notification to the invited guests
